BONJOUROn October 27, 2023, Myanmar’s Intellectual Property Department (IPD), under the Ministry of Commerce, released new application forms for industrial design registrations. This update, as mandated by Article 86, Sub-article (a)(2) of the Industrial Design Law, is designed to streamline the registration process. These necessary forms, which align with the newly specified operational rights, are now available on the IPD’s official website, enhancing transparency and efficiency in handling industrial design applications.
