BONJOURMyanmar has issued a notification setting official service fees for applications relating to copyright and related-rights collective management organisations (CMOs). The IPD published the notification on 4 March 2025.
The notification concerns the administrative services involved in establishing and maintaining a CMO. These are official charges for the specified procedures; they are separate from a professional representative’s fees.
